Jordan completed her Massage Therapy Diploma program at Lethbridge College in Lethbridge Alberta and is now an RMT member of the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA).
Jordan focuses her treatments on therapeutic techniques to assist the body through healing both mentally and physically. She works with patients to assess the body and create a long-term plan for pain reduction, injury healing, better posture and more. She uses a variety of basic massage techniques including hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, assisted stretching, myofascial release and general relaxation protocols. Jordan’s goal for the future is to pursue continuing education for massage and specialize in massage focused on feminine health.
During off-hours, Jordan enjoys spending time in nature (hiking, fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and camping), as well as spending time with family.
