Grecia is a registered Physical Therapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario where she achieved both a Bachelor of Medical Sciences with Western Scholars Honours in 2012 and a Master of Physical Therapy in 2015. Prior to joining our team in February 2021, Grecia assessed and treated a caseload of patients of all ages with orthopaedic conditions at a private clinic in London Ontario.
Grecia plans to pursue additional continuing-education courses in orthopaedics and manual therapy. With her background in rehab clinic and long-term care, Grecia believes in tailoring care to each patient’s needs to promote a holistic recovery and proactive practice. Furthermore, she is able to communicate with her patients in both English and Spanish, which helps to break down language barriers while providing excellent client care in Yellowknife.
Since working as a physiotherapist, Grecia has continued to upgrade her skills and knowledge by taking a variety of post-graduate courses and workshops such as:
